For Renske de Leuw en Thorwald Jorgensen (harp and theremin)
The theme of the composition is from the poëtic Edda and is about a conversation between Thor and Alvíss the dwarf who wants to marry the daughter of Thor.
It is question and answer, in the form of poems, with a improvisation played under it and alternated by dances.
Thorwald plays Thor and Renske plays Alvìss.
The whole composition is in a norwegian style, a kind of ballad and I have edited middle aged folksongs. It is like a painting exhibition you walk from one to the other.
Renske en Thorwald are going to use the composition for children's performances
